Dr. Richey is a really down to earth person, he doesn't try to sugar coat anything he just tells you like it is. I really do appreciate a person who speaks to me in a way that I can understand. Good or bad you get it up front.

Every time I go the staff are super nice and friendly. They get me in and out, keeping the waiting time to a minimum. When needing to change appointment times they are flexible.
